Shipping, Local Delivery & Pickup Policy

At WMD Heirloom Timber Co., every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order. We currently offer local pickup and local delivery only. Nationwide shipping is not available at this time.

Production Time

Our estimated production time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.

Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your order, material availability, and our current workload. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.

We will contact you when your furniture is ready to arrange pickup or delivery.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available free of charge by appointment.

Once your order is complete, we will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time and provide the pickup location and instructions.

Please bring a suitable vehicle and any necessary straps, blankets, or other equipment to transport your furniture safely.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to eligible addresses within approximately 100 miles of our location in the Youngsville, Louisiana area.

A flat delivery fee applies and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before your order is finalized.

Delivery availability is subject to your address, accessibility, and scheduling. We will coordinate a delivery date and time with you once your furniture is ready.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery does not include furniture assembly, installation, removal of existing furniture, or moving furniture throughout your home.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, and other access points at the delivery location.

Please notify us in advance of stairs, narrow entrances, restricted access, or other circumstances that could affect delivery.

Additional arrangements or charges may be necessary for unusual delivery conditions, but any additional charges will be discussed before they are incurred.

Delays

Because our furniture is handcrafted, occasional delays may occur due to material availability, weather, production requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with you and provide an updated estimated completion date.

Damage or Concerns

Please inspect your furniture at pickup or delivery and notify us promptly of any visible damage or concerns.
